Product Description

MAXIblock 4901 series glands are designed for increased safety in potentially explosive atmospheres where gas or combustible dust are present.

The MAXIblock range is comprised of a nylon body made from light grey polyamide PA6.6 and a neoprene sealing ring. The range features a 1.5 pitch and extended thread.

With an ingress protection rating of IP65, these hazardous area glands are dust tight and intended for fixed installations of cables into control panels or other engineering applications.

To assemble, begin by screwing the cable gland body into the housing or tightening with lock nut. Then install the cable and tighten the cap. View the product data sheet for further information.
